Gym
Our state of the art gym boasts 100 stations, providing a large range of cardio and resistance training equipment for our members, as well as a superb collection of free weights and designated zones for warm up and warm down.
The new gym uses leading cardio and resistance equipment from Life Fitness, featuring the state of the art Discover, Insignia, Signature & Hammer Strength series, providing members total upper and lower body workouts, as well as offering Recline and Step machines, which are perfect for users with limited mobility.
The gym also features a Life Fitness SYNRGY360 XL with Customizable and nearly limitless training options, optional attachments and dynamic training resources ensure that the SYNRGY360 experience is about more than a routine workout. The groundbreaking concept provides opportunities to offer dynamic and exciting small group training to anyone.
The LFconnect™ app allows Apple® and Android™ devices to interact with compatible Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment. It tracks workouts, lets exercisers access personalized workouts, provides motivation, and serves as an in-workout display on cardio equipment.
Swim
Our 25 metre, 8 lane swimming pool with a rising boom floor is sure to make a splash, providing plenty of space and a comfortable environment for all levels of swimmers.
The shallow learner pool is a great place for beginners and children to gain better confidence in the water and is also used for a wide range of public and family swim sessions, plus weekly Parent & Baby sessions helping your little one’s first experience of water to be fun, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Sports Hall
The all-new Aberavon LEisure & Fitness Centre’s sports hall offers 4 courts with a seating area, making it perfect for events of varying sizes and popularity. Our sports hall also offers members the chance to take part in sports such as badminton, netball, football, table tennis, cricket, and much more.
