Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre is delighted to present virtual Les Mills classes making it even easier for you to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle.

We want our members to experience the very best fitness classes in Neath Port Talbot, and they don’t get better than Les Mills, the fitness phenomenon that’s conquering the world. Les Mills classes are updated every three months with new choreography, chart-topping music and meticulous instructor education to make sure they are always fresh, exciting and consistent with the latest fitness research.

In addition to our range of instructor-led classes, we are now offering Les Mills Virtual BodyPump, BodyCombat and GRIT.

Again, these virtual classes are not replacing our traditional Les Mills classes, nor will they replace our instructors! What they do is to give our members the flexibility and freedom to decide when they want to exercise.
